Small shelf labels on front board and spine. Early study on the restoration of paintings, also surveying the principal European schools. Theodore Henry Adolphus Fielding (1781-1851) was a watercolour artist and aquatint engraver, who taught drawing and perspective at the Military Seminary of the East India Company at Addiscombe, Surrey. He published several books on engraving and the theory and practice of oil and watercolour painting.
