The third of Eliot's Four Quartets, a third impression in the original wartime format. A poem of water and of hope written during the Blitz. Eliot informs us in a note that The Dry Salvages is a small group of rocks off Cape Ann, Massachusetts, a location that was known to him from boyhood sailing. First published 1941.
