First Edition 4to., 11 x 8.75 inches, vi + 172 pp. With Engraved title page and eighty leaves of plates each with two steel engraved views including a map of Regents Park. Plates are clean and fresh, a faint dampstain effects the lower margin of some plates but a very good copy. Bound in Full contemporary maroon morocco re-backed preserving the original label gilt, spine in compartments with raised bands. The plates in this example are printed on India paper and form an complete record of Nineteenth century London
