Extremities worn, including corners and lower edges. Some foxing of preliminaries; otherwise a very good copy. 1890 gift inscription on half title. Illustrated by 112 engraved text figures, with 32 full page, including frontispiece. Decorated by title page vignette and by initials. Well illustrated descriptive guide to India by William Henry Davenport Adams (1828-91), journalist and writer of numerous systematic books.
