Notes

Princess Pocahontas set off with her husband, John Rolfe to return to Virginia, but becoming ill with smallpox, was taken off ship at Gravesend where she died and was buried in 1617. This pamphlet is scarce and no copies are recorded in any British libraries, and only two in the US, at Harvard and the University of North Carolina.
