A little foxing largely confined to endpapers, flyleaves title page and edges, but otherwise a very good copy printed on India paper. Binder's stamp of Ramage London. 1926 signature of John Romilly Roget on second free endpaper. The classic anthology of English poetry first published in 1900, but still here in its original format before the editor's revisions of 1939. Arthur Quiller-Couch (1863-1944) was a Cornish novelist and literary critic and this continues to be his best known work. A fine portable India paper edition, bound by Ramage of London in red morocco.
