A transliteration of early medieval law cases in their original Latin, with an extensive introduction and index of cases in Latin. Melville Madison Bigelow (1846-1921), lawyer and writer on legal cases was Dean of Boston University School of Law. First published in 1879, this is a reprint of the 1881 Boston edition with a facsimile of its title page.
