Seven Volumes 8vo. 8 x 5.5 inches, Pagination varies but typically about 550 pp. per volume. Bound in full Tree-Calf with tendril gilt borders, Spine in 6 compartments with raised bands and two green morocco title labels all decorated in gilt., all edges marbled, and marbled endpapers. Spines uniformly very slightly faded but hinges and bindings are strong and beautiful with only a slight crack to the rear board of volume one but sound. The text block of each volume is clean and sound with only slight foxing to the prelims but without other blemish. The scholarly definitive edition of the texts of all the Bronte's novels illustrated with portraits and facsimiles of letters and original title pages as well as photographs throughout.
