The first publication to look exclusively at Henry Moore's work in plaster, regarding them as works of art in their own right rather than mere preparatory stages in Moore's sculptural process. Anita Feldman, Head of Collections and Exhibitions for the Henry Moore Foundation, reappraises the significance and value of these beguiling creations and sculptor, Malcolm Woodward describes his time assisting in their production, 1972-80. Until 2008 he was a conservator for the Foundation.
