Some browning of fly leaves, but otherwise a very good copy. Decorated by publisher's device on title page and by printer's colophon of Whittingham and Griggs, Chiswick Press. A record of the authors meeting with Oscar Wilde in Paris. One of around fifty five plays written by Laurence Housman (1865-1959), playwright, author and illustrator. The younger brother and literary executor of the poet and classicist, A. E. Housman, he was also an ardent proponent of the women's suffrage movement and feminist supporter. Includes author's forward and footnote. Limited edition printed at the Chiswick Press.
