Illustrated throughout in black and white, including frontispiece. A study and catalogue of the artist, etcher, illustrator, and architectural draughts man, Frederick Landseer Griggs (1876-1938). He was associated with Cotswold Arts and Crafts movement and set up the Dover House Press in Chipping Camden. The catalogue covers engraved work, watercolour and other drawings, furniture design and architectural work. The bibliography includes titles he illustrated in the HIghways and Byways county guides published by Macmillan.
